Wishlist

While we’re always looking for more books and get requests for pretty much everything under the sun, we do get requests for some subject areas that rarely get donated. We currently only have the capacity to those hard to fill genres, due to lack of space.  These currently include books about:

Drawing, beading, painting, macrome, knitting and other craft how-to-books

Paganism, wicca, alternative spirituality, occult, and esoteric non-fiction

Astronomy and Astrology

Humor and Comics

Skills and trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, electricity, sustainable building/woodworking, etc.)

Queer Fiction, Theory and discourse(Gay, Lesbian, Trans*gender, Polyamory, etc.)

(No Spanish/English at this time) Dictionaries, thesauruses, atlases, and general info almanacs

Political Theory and Radical Non-Fiction

“Alternative” history (Howard Zinn, Lies My Teacher Told Me, Indigenous/Black/Non-Dominant Narratives)

Books in Languages other than English and Spanish (Fiction, Non-fiction, Learning Languages, Sign Language)
